The CAY College’s curriculum for post 16, or day release students is unique aiming to not only build the young people’s foundations of knowledge but will ignite the desire and confidence to learn and undertake new challenges for the rest of their lives.

The Subject Knowledge Initiating Lifelong Learning (SKILL) curriculum encompasses two key elements: compulsory studies and practical pathways.

Together, they ensure students leave with confidence and proficiency in core subjects as well as practical skills they can put into practice as they develop their career.
