A nurturing alternative provision

We understand the importance of the right educational pathway for the most vulnerable young people. Together, we encompass the range of skills required to craft and deliver this alternative provision providing a bespoke educational programme; successfully undertaking leadership, special needs and safeguarding training in addition to gaining hands-on experience of growing a specialist provision.

Our leadership team

CAY is led and pioneered by a small, specialist team who between us have over fifty years experience in education and young people's welfare.

“ Such valuable, beautiful work!

Why CAY?

Cays are found in tropical areas of beauty. They are often on top of coral which protects the surface below them. They are formed by Ocean currents which can lead to potential turbulence for the coral. The Cay acts as a support for the coral over turbulent waters.

The “Community Advocates for Young People” College has been formed especially for our young people who are the rarest and most precious “coral” to be found. With the turbulence their ocean has created in their lives, they require special layers of support to ensure their beauty not only remains but flourishes and grows.
